During the 80's Jennifer gained widespread acclaim and popularity through her involvement with successful group "A La Carte", performing throughout Europe and based in Germany. During this time the group achieved 14 hit singles and 5 hit albums, Jennifer's Business acumen propelling her to the status of Group manager. The band also won the Seoul Song festival. Jennifer has worked as a singer, songwriter & arranger, performer, having worked with such artists and producers as Go West and Stock, Aitken & Waterman. She has also worked in television and has been the voice of many advertisements in the UK. Apart from her work in the music industry, Jennifer has also worked extensively as a model, appearing in some of Europe's top fashion magazines.

During her six year residence at Spain's most popular tourist resort "Costa Blanca", Jennifer performed at many clubs and social functions as well as being contracted for entertainment consultancy work with many leading hotels and clubs. Along with Steve Brazier, Jennifer has developed VIP Entertainment in order to continue her love for music, allowing her to represent the interests of artists and passing on her many years of experience.
